This 2 or 3 bedroom,1 bath mobile home is in a spacious setting in the Half Moon Beach Association. Bordered by trees in the rear, and ample space for parking and storage area for toys, it is easy to relax. As an owner you can enjoy one of the most beautiful natural sand beaches in the Southern Adirondacks! Spend your summers swimming, boating and fishing on Piseco Lake or just enjoying the lovely beach and picturesque views. The open deck is a nice spot for gathering and the firepit is just right for smores and conversations. Dock or Moor your motor boat, leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders at the beach and enjoy lake. There is a large 2 room addition on the camp currently being used as a dining area and a third bedroom. The price includes 1 stock share in the Half Moon Beach Association. The Association fee is $1800 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. The camp is hooked into the community water and sewer system and has a newer roof.
