Be an owner of the nicest beach on Piseco Lake! This immaculately kept camp is just steps from the lake. It also has been beautifully remodeled. The current owners added lots of large windows to the entryway/living room addition so you can enjoy the lake from inside and out. The inside of the camp has all been redone in wood. The electric service has been updated. The kitchen was remodeled and retiled and the bathroom was also completely renovated. Currently this is a one-bedroom camp, but DON’T let that fool you! There is plenty of room for everyone. With little effort, the walk-in closed can be converted back into a second bedroom. There is also plenty of space to add pull out sofa beds and partitions. Outside you will find a nice firepit area, a large storage shed and even and outdoor shower! The price includes the 1/100 share in the Half Moon Beach Association valued at over $5.8 million. The Association fee is $1700 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. Dock or Moor your motorboat, leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders at the beach, swim in the designated swimming area and enjoy our beautiful lake. This camp is coming furnished (dishes and all), so bring your toys, clothes and toothbrush. Enjoy the swaying pine tree, smores at the fire pit, a morning coffee on the beach, a warm lake breeze, or a cool swim with all the comforts of home. There is plenty of parking as well and even a place to leave your boat trailer if needed.
