Located in Redfield, New York, this camp was built last year and is fully closed in and partially insulated – just waiting for your finishing touches. Built by our own camp crew, this cabin is based on our "Classic Camp" design. The rooms are already framed in and include a living area, kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sleeping loft. The off-grid property has an existing gravel driveway and is located on a seasonal road that is also a well-known Tug Hill snowmobile trail in wintertime. The 15 acres is heavily wooded with stands of maple, cherry, pine, hemlock and birch trees, overlooking a stream that connects to Mad River, offering excellent trout fishing and plenty of wildlife sightings. The property also adjoins the 1,402-acre O’Hara State Forest for North Country hunting and hiking and is located close to Redfield Reservoir with a boat launch only 5 minutes away for boating and other water sports.
